To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must remain completely unopened, unused, with all security seals intact, and in its original retail packaging.
Opened or used formulations cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and pharmaceutical safety standards.
To initiate a return request, please email our support team at cinnlifescience@gmail.com with your order number, contact details, and photos of the unopened product.
Approved refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days after the product is returned and inspected by our quality control lab.
