1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the CINN Life Sciences website, account features, content, and purchases. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by our failure or prohibited by law. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Product information and appropriate use

We aim to display product descriptions, ingredients, directions, sizes, packaging, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing updates may cause minor variations, and packaging may change without affecting the product's essential characteristics. Check the label delivered with the product before use. Unless the label states otherwise, products are for external use only. Follow directions, warnings, storage instructions, and expiry information; perform a patch test where appropriate; avoid contact with eyes; and keep products away from children.

4. Health disclaimer

Website content, product descriptions, reviews, and customer support are provided for general information and are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional advice. Results vary by person. Review ingredient lists and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have allergies or a medical condition, use prescription treatment, or have persistent skin or scalp concerns. Stop use and seek appropriate advice if irritation or another adverse reaction occurs.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A binding sale is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order, subject to applicable law. We may verify your identity, phone number, delivery address, payment, and order details. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, incorrect information, pricing mistakes, purchase limits, or legal restrictions. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount received.

6. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. The checkout page displays applicable delivery charges, discounts, and taxes before you submit the order. Prices and promotions may change prospectively without notice. You must use an authorised payment method. For Cash on Delivery, the full amount due must be paid to the authorised courier at delivery. Electronic payments, when available, may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms.

7. Obvious errors and promotions

We may correct typographical, technical, availability, or pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer the correct terms or cancel and refund the order. Promotions apply only during the stated period, while stocks last, and subject to any displayed conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retrospectively. We may cancel misuse of coupons, referral benefits, or promotional mechanics.

8. Delivery, title, and risk

We currently deliver within supported locations in Pakistan. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by verification, courier operations, weather, public holidays, address access, or events beyond reasonable control. You must provide a complete, serviceable address and reachable phone number. Risk of loss passes when the order is delivered to you or a person you identify, subject to applicable law. 9. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation requests are considered before dispatch but cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment. Eligibility, process, timing, return costs, hygiene exclusions, and remedies for incorrect, damaged, or defective products are set out in our Refund Policy. Refusing delivery does not automatically create a right to a full refund. Nothing in these Terms excludes a remedy that applicable consumer law requires.

10. Reviews and user submissions

If you submit a review, message, image, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your experience, lawful, and does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights. Do not submit confidential information, medical records, payment credentials, unlawful material, spam, or misleading claims. You retain ownership of your content but grant CINN Life Sciences a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, moderate, and display it for operating and promoting the store. We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not obliged to publish every submission.

11. Acceptable website use

You must not interfere with website security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or access the service by unauthorised automated means; attempt to access another user's account or restricted systems; impersonate another person; misuse checkout, refunds, promotions, or reviews; or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity. We may restrict access and cooperate with lawful investigations where reasonably necessary.

12. Intellectual property

The website's branding, product names, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, text, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to CINN Life Sciences and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the website for personal shopping and information. No content may be copied, republished, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as lawfully permitted.

13. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to payment providers, couriers, maps, social networks, or other third-party services. Their availability and practices are outside our control and may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

14. Service availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an 'as available' basis, without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to that rule, CINN Life Sciences is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or loss caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration, improper storage, failure to follow product directions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate CINN Life Sciences for reasonable losses, claims, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to losses caused by us or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. If it remains unresolved, the courts or consumer forums having lawful jurisdiction may hear the dispute. Nothing here prevents you from approaching a competent consumer-protection authority or using another mandatory remedy.

18. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in our services, business, or legal obligations. The revised Terms will be posted with a new 'Last updated' date; material changes will receive additional notice where required.
